PRODUCT
-WPC vinyl technically translates to wood-plastic composite vinyl flooring. However, many people use the acronym as waterproof core vinyl flooring. Both meanings are correct. WPC vinyl flooring is 100% waterproof.
-SPC stands for stone-plastic composite or stone-polymer composite. Both of these terms are used interchangeably. SPC is also sometimes referred to as Rigid Core luxury vinyl flooring. That’s because the stone-plastic composite core in this luxury vinyl is ultra-dense. In the industry, it’s also known as engineered vinyl flooring. SPC is also 100% waterproof.

-Yes, comparatively luxury vinyl planks are environment-friendly products that are made of natural composites. And most importantly, they are formaldehyde free. All of our products are rated by Floorscore and certified by ISO, SGC and CE.. Additionally, with our innovative locking system, you don’t have to glue down during the installation process which makes this product an eco choice for everyone.
-EIR stands for Embossed in Register and it is a manufacturing method that creates a grain appearance consistent with the look of real hardwood grain. This process aligns the embossing on the plank with the printed wood grain design and intensifies the depth, texture and appearance of the floor. Whereas Light surface has the same meaning with high gloss surface which mimics the wood pattern only but not the grain appearance and real wood texture.
-No, unless specified, all our products come with pre-attached EVA pad for superior cushioning and noise cancellation.

PLACING ORDERS
-Unfortunately all dealer customers are required to sign up for accounts to place orders, check order status, file claims and receive newsletters and promotions. If you are a retail customer, please visit our Wayfair shop.
-There are TWO easy ways of becoming our valued customer
1. Referred by our sales reps. Our sales reps will be glad to talk about the specific requirements with you, once everything is looking good we will set up an account for you. 2. Fill out an application form online. Like our products? Simply answer a few questions and upload your business credentials, and we will take care of the rest.
-At Premium Flooring Direct, we value your time and business. All orders placed at our dealer portal will usually take 1-2 business day to process. Log into your account to check the order status.
-Unfortunately we do not offer terms at this time. All orders must be paid in full prior to process.
-All rush orders will generate either a 25% fee or a $150 rush order fee, whichever is larger. ($300 maximum)
-We accept AMEX, Discover, E-Check, MasterCard, PayPal and Visa.
DELIVERY
-All orders will be shipped out on pallets within 1-2 business day via major LTL carriers, and via UPS if your orders are less than 5 boxes.
-Typically you will receive your order within 5 business days depending on the location information you provided. A delivery notification service is available during the checkout process, however additional terms and fees may apply which is required by carriers.
-We know that dealing with inventory could be a time-consuming task for business therefore we will handle it for you. By using our dropshipping service, we will ship the products directly to your retail customers, and our logo and other business identities could remain anonymous per your request. Please click the “Blind Drop Ship” option during checkout if you would like to use this service.
RETURN AND REFUND
Sending an email to info@premiumflooringdirect.com and include your name, order numbers and a brief explanation of damage with photos or short videos within 5 (Five) business days. Failure to do so will result in denial of your claim. All claims will be inspected and reviewed within 24-48 hours. Once the claim is approved, all replacement parts will be shipped out from our facility within 1-2 business days.
To file a product defect claim, log into your account and click "My Claims" tab on the left. Then click "Create New Claim" and follow the procedures. Please check your name, order numbers information and write a brief explanation of damage with photos or short videos within 5 (Five) business days. Failure to do so will result in denial of your claim. All claims will be inspected and reviewed within 24-48 hours. Once the claim is approved, all replacement parts will be shipped out from our facility within 1-2 business days.
-All returns must be authorized by Premium Flooring Direct prior to be returned and will incur a 25% restocking fee if the return is not a manufacturing defect.
-Returns must be received within 30 days.
-No returns on molding and trims.
-Shipping charges will be covered by customers.
-Returns must be in resellable condition.
